He was very aligned to our needs and showed us multiple options on the type of vehicle we were interested in. He was very calm and informative. Never pushed us in making any decision. Worked with us getting a good deal on our trade in and the vehicle we ended up purchasing. Walked us through the entire process and had our new truck ready on time. This is eevee's new service center and showroom: I just took my V12HT there for a hardware issue. All work was covered under warranty and I received my repaired wheel in 48hrs.There's currently very few PEV store's that can offer that level of service. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service, my name was labeled on someone else winter tires luckily tires didn’t fit my car or I would have received wrong tires then it took them days to actually find what they’re telling me are my winter tires. When I returned after waiting around first appointment 4 hours I told them 3 times to put my summer tires in my vehicle that they were dropping off outside my work. I still haven’t received my summer tires and it’s 3 months later. When I called to speak to manager nobody called me back I had to call multiples times and demand to speak to manager to get in contact. And even after discussing with service manager still no summer tires. Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with!!

Deniz was amazing to work with for the purchase of our new Tacoma, extremely patient with all our questions and very knowledgeable about the different options available. We just bought a 2023 Tucson N-Line from Hyundai Saint-Constant and it was a fantastic experience. From start to finish it was a smooth transaction, we noted a small defect at delivery , the team took pictures and made a note of it. Our sales rep Mickael, always kept us informed, worked hard for us and was very professional, a pleasure to work with. Isabelle, was the finance person we dealt with and informed us very well on pricing, rates and procedure. Sinna, was our delivery coordinator explained all the paperwork we had to sign and also showed us the car and all the options, took the time to answer all questions and did not rush us. Dropped off my wheel to the service center for speaker replacement. Work was done really speedy and got covered by warranty. Very satisfied and happy to have a service center local. Much easier to park compared to the historical Chinatown location. Only thing is no donut shop across the street.

They are an extremely helpful company with awesome service and great products. Owner helped me pick the right board and I would recommend them to anyone needing a board or scooter. Pricing was great. Service was incredible and judging from people’s reactions when they were getting their boards serviced, they offer great servicing.
